Reporting to: National Customer Marketing Manager - Field
Level: Level 6 (M3)
Purpose of Role: § This role will be focussed on analysing and interpreting customer and shopper insights which would enable GN Plc deliver excellent execution at the point of purchase.
Accountabilities:
§ Provide business analysis -Interpreting market and customer data and developing recommendations. - Support the generation of divisional/area insights to identify BTL needs of the division.
§ Help develop and compile Quarterly M & E plans for all promo activities executed in the divisions.
§ Support and in some cases will lead the implementation of projects. Projects to ensure they deliver the business benefits expected.
§ Ownership of our Outlet database – maintain and update outlet database information by division.
§ Cold availability – support in maintaining chiller asset register and developing generic and key customer Planogram.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
§ Graduate calibre essential.
§ Minimum 3 years commercial experience in sales or marketing.
§ Great Track record of success in previous roles.
