Job Description
- Responsible for first line support on all desktops/laptops
- Coordinate and administer the change management process according to ITIL standard
- LAN troubleshooting and resolution
- Ensure all request logged are assigned ticket numbers.
- Interface with resolver teams and follow up to ensure resolution on assigned tickets.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on call classification, total number of calls, total closed within SLAs, outstanding closures.
Desired Skills & Experience
HND/First Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
IT experience essential.
Fluent spoken English
Fluent spoken French
