 We have an immediate need to recruit a suitably qualified, competent, and result-oriented professional to fill the position of Paralegal.

Reporting to the Legal Manager, the role will provide quality legal support to the legal team at the highest level of professional competence and confidentiality.

Specific responsibilities will include to:

1.       Draft, review and proof-read legal documents and correspondence

2.       Liaise with outside counsel in-line with the Company's Outside Counsel Guidelines

3.       Handle Company Secretarial and provide support in organizing Annual General Meeting matters

4.       Provide support in Intellectual Property /Trade Mark Registration and compliance

5.       Update litigation summary and consolidate progress reports at country level

6.       Administer and maintain legal department’s contract database

7.       Provide support on  Company Secretarial/Registrar matters

8.       Be responsible for all Legal office administration and act as EA to Company Secretary

Key Requirements:

·         A minimum of LLB.BL degree in Law.  Relevant professional qualification(s) will be an advantage

·         Minimum of five (5) – seven (7) years at the bar

·         High level of Integrity, honesty and confidentiality

·         Strong written and oral communication skills and business relationship building skills

·         Excellent analytical, research, negotiation and organizing skills

·         Proficiency in the use of computer application packages
